Q3map2: Nonsolid Entities Hack
A patch against the netradiant
sources that allows to make entities (like func_groups)

It seems to work fine on my current map, but needs proper testing. Use on
your own risk ;-) To make an entity nonsolid, set a key nonsolid to
1 on it. If it's a func_group, you still need to set
it to detail manually, so vis doesn't think it's ‚outside‘
the map.
